About Debbi

A native Oregonian with 18 years of real estate experience, Debbi McCune brings seasoned market knowledge, straightforward communication, and a deeply personal approach to every client relationship. After beginning her real estate career in the Salem/Keizer area, Debbi has spent the past 13 years serving clients throughout Central Oregon and is now a Principal Broker with Avenir Realty in Sisters.

Much of Debbi’s business has been built through long-standing relationships and referrals. She believes exceptional real estate service begins with listening, understanding not only what her clients want to accomplish, but what matters to them as they navigate a purchase, sale, or significant life transition.

Debbi’s commitment to Central Oregon extends well beyond real estate. She co-founded Living Well With Dementia Sisters and has spent years providing dementia education, advocacy, and support throughout the Sisters, Redmond, and Bend communities. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, and trained Dementia Doula, she continues that work through The Quiet Path, providing education and guidance to individuals, families, and professionals navigating dementia and caregiving.
